A MAN has admitted to threatening to post images online of his ex-girlfriend and to threatening another man with violence.
Lee Headley, of Townend Street in Dalry, pled guilty to one charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week. Between April 1 and 2, both dates inclusive, at his home in Dalry and an address in Saltcoats, Headley engaged in a course of conduct which caused his ex and another man fear or alarm.
On various occasions on April 1, Headley, 25, repeatedly and persistently sent unwanted text messages to the woman in which he swore, made offensive remarks and repeatedly made threats of violence towards another man.
He also uttered threats to post intimate images and videos of the woman on social media.
On April 2, Headley sent messages to the man he threatened the previous day via Facebook in which he repeatedly swore and uttered offensive remarks.
Sentence was deferred for reports until October. Headley was bailed.
