Kilmarnock Sheriff Court
A young driver who knocked down and severely injured a woman in Kilbirnie has been fined £750 and received nine points on his licence.
Declan Milne, 20, of Aitken Drive in Beith, had denied one charge against him at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
He was found guilty after trial of driving without due care or attention or without reasonable consideration for other users on May 23, 2016 on Caledonian Road.
