Man fined for heroin possession
A man has been fined £300 for possessing heroin in his home.
John Gallacher, 34, pled guilty to one charge under the Misuse of Drugs Act at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
Gallacher was in possession of the Class A drug at his home in Kilbirnie’s Bathville Road last December.
