A DALRY woman has appeared in court after she was accused of stealing chocolate spread from the town’s Lidl Stores.
Kelly Joanne Hand, 27, of Kerse Avenue is said to have stolen a jar of chocolate spread, a jar of cherries and a jar of peanut butter on July 12 of this year.
Hand is also accused of giving a false name to the attending officers in an attempt to pervert the course of justice.
A not guilty plea was entered on both charges and Hand was placed on bail pending trial next year.
