A DALRY man will find out his fate next month after pretending to have a firearm earlier this month.
Stephen Gillies McInnes, 54, of Blair Road was in Dalry Town Centre on October 4 where he was behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by pretending to have a firearm in his possession.
McInnes admitted the charge and will be sentenced on November 18 following a Criminal Justice Social Work Report.
