Man followed girls
A MAN has been fined £500 after he followed two 14-year-old girls and tried to lure them into his vehicle in Kilwinning.
Radu Adrian State, from Birmingham, pled guilty last week to an alternate charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
On June 2 at Viewfield Manor Caravan Park, State intentionally directed a sexual verbal communication at the girls.
He followed them, repeatedly requested their phone numbers and social media details, requested they kiss him and invited them to enter his vehicle and his caravan and placed them in a state of fear or alarm
