The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will take part in a welly-wanging contest on the penultimate day of their overseas tour.
Harry and Meghan are on a 16-day trip which has seen them travel to Australia, Fiji and Tonga, and they are now in New Zealand.
The mother and father-to-be will head to Auckland on Tuesday where they will conduct a walkabout on Viaduct Harbour, learn about Pillars – a charity which supports children who have an imprisoned parent – and attend a reception hosted by prime minister Jacinda Ardern.
At Redvale, the couple will dedicate a 20-hectare area of the North Shore to the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy project and join children from the Trees in Survival group for welly-wanging.
The final stop on the royal tour on Wednesday will be Rotorua, renowned for its geothermal activity with geysers and mud pools.
