Katy calls for a crackdown
LABOUR candidate Katy Clark is calling for a crackdown on antisocial behaviour in the Hayocks area of Stevenston after residents raised their concerns about youths on the street.
Ms Clark believes Strathclyde Police should take tougher action on those carrying out the antisocial behaviour and wants rid of gangs of youths gathering on the streets.
However Inspector Ian Ness at Saltcoats police station says multi-agencies have been making regular visits to Hayocks and they ARE listening to residents concerns.
