Freak weather in Stevenston

Skaters were left mesmerised on Monday in Stevenston as the town was visited by three tornado look-a-likes in 15 minutes.

Over forty kids and adults witnessed the anomally at roughly 2pm on Monday, July 12, from the relative saftey of Evolution Skate Park.

Robert Paterson, park manager, said: "Some of the kids were staring so I went out and I went 'holy smokes look at that!'
