Kilwinning housing plans unveiled

EmailFINAL design plans for a £5.5million council housing development on the former St Michael's Academy site in Kilwinning were unveiled this week.
Following extensive public consultation, the design team behind the development at Winton Avenue have finalised detailed drawings showing how the 40 new homes will look.
Members of the public had their say during consultation events held earlier this year, and their views helped inform the final development, including the provision of front and rear gardens, individual parking spaces within garden areas, porches, render finishes, a traffic calming scheme and a toddlers play area.
