Thug admits assaulting woman in Stevenston

THUG Jacqueline Goan has escaped with community service after admitting battering a woman in broad daylight in the Hayocks area of Stevenston.

Co-accused Ian Jackson, who pleaded guilty to attempting to pervert the course of justice in Goan's favour, received the same sentence.
