Kenneth's time at the paper has helped him pen novels
A FORMER Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald journalist has landed a two-book international publishing deal with Britain's biggest publishing conglomerate, Hachette UK.
Kenneth Macleod's first novel, The Incident, is on sale now in hardback and e-book form and will be published in paperback next year.
It draws on his experiences as a Herald reporter.
