AN unsuspecting North Ayrshire Lottery player has missed their chance to become a millionaire after the deadline for collecting the outstanding prize money passed last week.

Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, operator of The National Lottery, last week announced that the £1,000,000 EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle prize from the EuroMillions draw on 25 November 2011 has remained unclaimed - more than 180 days after the draw took place.

The ticket-holder bought their EuroMillions ticket lcoally and the deadline to claimed the cash windfall was on Wednesday, May 23.
