A THREE Towns fitness instructor Stephanie Smith travelled to Sydney in Australia to spread the word of the work-out craze Bokwa at a recent convention.

Her trip was so successful Stephanie was reselected by the Bokwa creater Paul Mavi to travel back to Australia with the team to Melbourne this week and showcase Bokwa - a combination of light boxing and south African style dance - in charity master class.

The James Watt College student spoke with the Herald from Heathrow departures lounge where she was about to take off on her second trip to Australia. Stephanie said: "Australia was an amazing experience such a beautiful place."
