SOCIETY VOW TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE ARDROSSAN CASTLE

THE historic setting of Ardrossan Castle will be spruced up by a newly formed community group in a campaign to preserve and promote the site.

The Ardrossan Castle Heritage Society was officially formed with last week with Joint Chairmen announced as Pat Breen and Dougie Rae. The two Secretary's were also named as Neil Carnegie and Kate Monaghan with Rodger Burman named as Treasurer.

On Saturday, June 16 the group's first project will get underway with the Castlehill Clean-up day running from 10am to 4pm.
