ARE YOU A CARER? GET SOME SUPPORT

CENTRES which provide practical and emotional support for carers have announced the meeting times of various Carer Support Groups across North Ayrshire.

Carers are individuals who care for a friend, relative or neighbour without receiving a paid income.

The Unity Enterprise North Ayrshire Carers Centre will give carers information on benefit maximization, advocacy, assistance with form filling, stress management, 60 plus counselling, advice, signposting support groups, one-on-one support and alternative therapies.
