A KILWINNING man has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after he admitted threatening behaviour at an address in Dalry.
Samuel David Innes Hughes. 23, of Ninians Drive, admitted the offence which took place in April of this year.
Hughes was charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer from fear or alarm by shouting, swearing, uttering threats and banging on doors and windows in Blair Road, Dalry.
The offence also took place whilst Hughes was subject to an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO).
He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work for the benefit of the communtity as a direct alternative to custody.
