THE AYRSHIRE Chamber are delighted to announce that hot from the Commonwealth Games – Hazel Irvine has been confirmed to host the Ayrshire Business Awards Dinner at Seamill Hydro.

Hazel Irvine is one of BBC Sport’s most experienced, versatile and recognisable broadcasters.

A regular presenter of Grandstand and Sunday Grandstand, she is also the face of its snooker and athletics coverage and a sports presenter on BBC News.

In golf, she is the anchor for the Women’s Open and co-presenter on The Open, The Masters, The Ryder Cup and the Solheim Cup.

She has also worked on every Winter Olympics and Commonwealth Games since 1994 including the most recent 2014 games.

The awards, which are now in their fifth year, are open to all members of Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce and businesses operating in the Ayrshire area.

The closing date for submitting applications is the Friday 22nd August 2014.

The winners of each award will be announced at a glittering ceremony at Seamill Hydro on Thursday, October 9.

Guests will enjoy a pre-dinner drinks reception followed by a three course meal with wine.
