A KILBIRNIE man will find out his fate next month after he admitted threatening the manager of a supermarket in a sexually explicit way.
Paul Gerard Smith, 25, of Garnock Court, pled guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and uttering threats towards the manager there, who was in the course of her employment, and he made indecent, sexually explicit and aggressive comments to and about her on April 21 of this year.
Smith also admitted that this offence took place whilst he was on bail.
He was remanded in custody for the preparation of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report.
