STEVENSTON’S festive lights were switched on last Friday in what turned out to be a great night in the town.
Locals were out on force to see the Christmas display at the Cross, with the entertainment kicking off at 4pm.
And there was no shortage of things to do for young and old alike, with fairground rides, stalls and lots enjoy.
And the wee ones had a great time meeting Santa in his grotto.
There was also carol singing, hot drinks and even a synthetic ice rink for everyone to enjoy on the night.
The big switch-on took place at 6pm, in the Cross Gardens, to cheers from the crowd.
Here are some pictures from our photographer Charlie Gilmour, who was there to capture all the action.
