A COFFEE morning at Ardrossan Outdoor Bowling Club to celebrate World Autism Awareness Week raised £117.
The event was hosted by Jordan Fernando and her mum Suzanne along with friend Carole Smyth, who all volunteer for the National Autistic Society.
Fiona from the NAS One Stop Shop - Ayrshire was on hand throughout the morning to offer support and information.
Patricia Gibson MP, The Ayrshire Community Trust and Kenny Walker from Equal Futures were also in attendance. Jordan would like to thank Ardrossan Bowling club for the use of there venue, guest speakers, volunteers and photographers Marion McGinn and Derek Cooper for giving up their time as without them these events would not be the success they are.
Suzanne would like to personally thank Carole for helping organize the event while she was in hospital.
