The birthday girls
THE third of a trio of centenarians celebrated her birthday at a care home in Saltcoats recently.
Sarah Henry turned 103 on Tuesday, June 13 and she is pictured with fellow residents John Ann Gillispie and Margaret Craig who both recently celebrated landmark birthdays.
Sarah said her secret to a long-life is good eating and living.
The trio, who all live at Caledonia Care Home, celebrated their birthdays within a month of each other as John Ann, known as Joey turned 100 and Margaret turned 105.
