THE annual Whitlees Community Centre Gala was a huge success with the sun coming out for the hundreds of people in attendance.
The community came out in their droves to see the Gala Court of Gala Queen Olivia Dee, King Sam Walton, Princesses Megan Hyslop and Carla Tudhope and Princes Callum Bradford and TJ Donnell.
The parade was opened by Hope Templeton of James McFarlane School and the centre would like to thank all the sponsors, volunteers and everyone who uses the centre all year round as well as Patricia Gibson MP and Kenneth Gibson MSP for their support on the day.
