THIS weekend saw a local Brownies group help out a local gardener get a community garden ready for spring.
The 1st Ardrossan Brownies took part in a mass bulb planting project at South Beach Medical Centre on Saturday along with gardener Liz MacGillivray.
Liz said: “The bulbs were donated by a local benefactor and hopefully, weather permitting, the blooms will appear in the springtime. The Brownies have done a great job.”
