POLICE are attending to an accident involving two cars in Ardrossan.
Officers were alerted to the scene following a two-car collision on Dalry Road just after 3pm today (Wednesday, November 8).
Two passers-by reported that one of the cars looked as if it had significant damage to its front bumper.
A spokesman from Police Scotland confirmed that there is nobody trapped within any of the vehicles. There are currently no reports of any injuries although an ambulance is on route.
According to a member of the public in the area who contacted police, the road is “chaos” due to the school run.
The police spokesman said: “There will be a bit of disruption due to the time so my advice would be to avoid the area at the moment if possible.”
