THE third and final gig in aid of the North Ayrshire Foodbank will take place next week.
Organised by the Ardrossan Music Experience, the gigs have been a resounding success so far and this third night promises to be the best yet.
On the night, the imitable JJ Gilmour will take centre stage and local band Riff Raff will also perform a set.
Riff Raff are one of the biggest success stories of the AME over the past year, having successful completed the songwriting course provided in the lead up to their June extravaganza weekend.
And there will be a special guest on the night but organisers are tight-lipped on who it will be.
Entry to the event, which will take place on Friday, December 1 at the Ardrossan Indoor Bowling Club at 7pm, is a bag of food.
Tinned meats are a priority, also tinned potatoes, vegetables, long life milk, tinned custard, rice pudding and tinned fruit.
