Saltcoats' Agnes celebrates 100th birthday
A SALTCOATS woman was all smiles recently as she celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends.
Agnes Donachy, who was born in Old Perceton, Irvine, on November 23, 1917, was joined by 26 members of her family, friends and neighbours in the Corran Inn, Saltcoats to enjoy a dinner in her honour.
The centenarian received her telegram from the Queen and all who attended thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Congratulations from all at the Herald.
