STAFF at Ayrshire Weekly Press were supported by a new local business in our latest charity ‘Christmas Jumper Day’.
Employees at the Ardrossan office wore their festive jumpers on Friday, December 15. We also brought in toiletries, gift sets, toys, and chocolates, which were donated to North Ayrshire Women’s Aid.
Organiser Donna Barr said that she reckoned we donated around £200 worth of goods to the charity.
Ayrshire Weekly Press’ Christmas Jumper Day also received support from a local business.
Staff at Costa Coffee Saltcoats, which opened in December 2017, donned their favourite festive jumpers and raised an impressive £65 for North Ayrshire Women’s Aid. The business also donated a £15 Costa voucher to the charity.
