TICKETS are going fast for the latest event in aid of the Bobby Lennox Statue campaign.

But there is still time for you to get involved, with the organisers unveiling more of the brilliant raffle and auction prizes that will be there at the end of the month.

Taking place on February 24, we previously reported that a pair of gloves signed by former Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc will be one prize.

The team behind the campaign have said that signed jerseys will be up for grabs and locals will also have the chance to see the replica of the European Cup which Bobby and his Lisbon Lion teammates won back in May 1967.

Showing on the day will be a classic European encounter between Celtic and Real Madrid.

Dean McMillan from the campaign explained: “These are the tops the teams wore in 1980 and we have the Celtic jersey signed by Bobby, the goal scorer George McCluskey and Danny McGrain

“These jerseys will be raffled at the event, the European Cup replica will also be there so get tickets and come along get photos.

“Kids five and under are free so just bring them along. It’s also free for anyone that receives care at home or stays in a care home.

Tickets are only £5 and they’re available in Cavani’s Cafe, the Elms bar & Castlehill Vaults and by email bobbylennox1967@ gmail.com.”

The event is at St Matthew’s Academy’s Auditorium on February 24 with doors open at 1.30pm and the match kicking-off 3pm.
