WINNERS DECOY SNUBBED

EmailNORTH Ayrshire band The Cams have unsuspectingly cancelled their London gig leaving winners of the Civic Centre Battle of the Bands competition with no where to play.
Decoy, who hail from the Three Towns and West Kilbride, were the outstanding winners of the Civic Centre competition and were looking forward to supporting The Cams at their big gig in London on July 4. However last week they received an email from the lads saying that due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel it.
Guitarist Euan Robertson said: 'Sadly as far as we"ve been told the gig has been cancelled. I got an email from Colin the guitarist in The Cams saying their Summer mini-tour of England had been cancelled."
