A YOUNG Ardrossan woman is heading out to Kenya for the working holiday of a lifetime on July 17 - and she's looking for sponsors.

Emma Nash (pictured) only found out this week that she has been accepted for a stay at the Sweetwater Chimpanzee Reserve near Nairobi through the Great Primate Handshake scheme.

The 20-year-old, who studies Film & Television production at the West of Scotland University in Ayr, said: "I have been interested in this kind of thing for years but the opportunity to go has never come up until now."
