AN Ardrossan school got their hands on a cheque for £3,000 after rinsing off their rivals to come out top in a national schools competition.
In March the Parent Council from James McFarlane School encouraged youngsters from both the primary and secondary classes to enter the competition run by main Olympic sponsors Proctor and Gamble - makers of Fairy Liquid.
Olympic athlete Paula Radcliffe MBE launched Fairy's Dishes of Best Wishes inviting school children to show their support for their favourite team or athlete competing in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games by designing their "Dish of Best Wishes".
