Saltcoats six-year-old is triumphant at baton competition

EMMA Hay had judges in a spin after collecting top prizes at Baton Twirling competitions in June.

The six-year-old (pictured) won overall winner in her section at the Scottish Federation of Baton Twirling. She also recently returned from the British National Championships in London where she competed in the Tiny Tots section and won the British Championship for a duet performance with a friend.

She also gained three third prizes and a sixth place accolade.
