PATIENTS COULD WAIT A MONTH TO SEE DOCTOR
Man had to wait four weeks for appointment at South Beach Surgery

He said: "The situation is now as bad as it has ever been - one month for an appointment as I discovered the other morning when I tried to get an appointment to get signed off from my work due to stress and deteriorating health.
