ARDROSSAN Army Cadet Force instructor Garry Wales recently completed the gruelling Three Peaks Challenge in the Yorkshire Dales with his comrades from Kilmarnock-based Inkerman Company.
The lads were raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease Scotland in tribute to their colleague Robert Morrow who has been diagnosed with MND.
Robert was an Army Cadet instructor for over 20 years before being struck down with the debilitating disease.
The group completed the challenge in just over 11 hours as a unit – with ‘a wee bit of pushing’ according to Garry – raising over £2,000.
