AN ARDROSSAN man will face trial next year after he denied following three boys under the age of 13.
Gilbert Robbins, 59, of Paisley Street is accused of conducting himself in a disorderly manner by approaching two 10-year-olds and a 12-year-old in Glasgow Street, Ardrossan back in February and allegedly following them, repeatedly offering them money and repeatedly enticing them to approach him to do something for him.
Robbins is also accused of committing a breach of the peace as well as behaving in a threatening manner by shouting, swearing and issuing threats on August 19 of this year.
Not guilty pleas were entered and trial has been set for July of next year.
