A STEVENSTON man has admitted installing a hidden CCTV camera in an Ardrossan house.
James Davie, of Ardeer Lane, committed the offence in Ardrossan’s Kirkhall Gardens on October 9.
The 68-year-old admitted setting up a camera in a hidden position in a bedroom within the house.
In addition, Davie also behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, making abusive remarks and uttering threats during the incident.
Davie appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty.
His case has been adjourned until January to gather social work reports.
