A STEVENSTON woman will find out her fate next month after she admitted to neglecting a dog over a four months last year. Cheryl Wilson, 30, of Alexander Avenue, pled guilty to the charge which occurred at her home address between June 1 and September 9 of last year.
Wilson did not provide the dog with adequate nutrition, whereby the dog became emaciated, she did not seek the advice of a vet when the dog lost weight and hair and did not seek to treat a flea infestation on the dog’s coat. After pleading guilty by letter last week, sentence was adjourned until March 12 for Wilson’s personal appearance.
