More than 100 fun lovers took part in an It's A Knockout event to raise funds for local charity Marion's Still Smiling last week.
Teams including superheroes, bananas and pink ninjas climbed, slid, ran and bounced around various obstacles in glorious sunshine at the Ardrossan Accies playing fields.
The event raised around £12,000 for Marion's Still Smiling, a charity set up following the death of Saltcoats woman Marion Callaghan last year to arrange mini-breaks for terminally ill cancer patients.
The winners of the event were the Where's Wally girls from Ardeer Ladies Hockey.
Marion's husband Terry said: "It was a great day. The amount of cash raised was amazing and the community sporit was fantastic.
"Thanks so much to those who took part and worked hard to get sponsors. We'll be back next year with an even bigger event, I hope."
