The father of Libbi Toldeo has today posted a heartbreaking quote after the body of a female was found in the search for the missing Kirkcaldy teen.
Heartbroken Joe Toldeo shared a quote from American novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald on his Facebook page.
It read: “The loneliest moment in someone’s life is when they are watching their whole world fall apart, and all they can do is stare blankly.”

The dad had made a heart-rending plea for his young daughter to come home just the day before.
He said: “Libbi , please, I’m pleading with you, please call your mum. We really need you to come home. I love you. Dad.”
The Evening Times reported earlier how the body of a female had been found during the search for the missing 17-year-old who has autism.

Officers made the discovered in a disused scrapyard at the junction of Denburn Road and Smeaton Road, Kirkcaldy, around 2.20pm on Thursday.
Libbi had last been seen in Veronica Crescent, Kirkcaldy, at around 1pm on Monday, September 11.
The death is being treated as unexplained pending further inquiries and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. Formal identification is yet to take place.
