A West Kilbride mum is bringing language lessons to local kids after setting up a new franchise business teaching Spanish.

Mum of one, Amy Bell, will open a Kidslingo franchise in September teaching Spanish to children from 0-11.

Kidslingo teaches French and Spanish to over 6,000 nursery, pre-school and primary school children through its network of 60 nationwide franchisees. It inspires kids to love languages through fun and interactive songs, games, actions, role play and storytelling.

Amy, a former English foreign language teacher, said: “I love working with children, speaking Spanish and teaching, so setting up a Kidslingo franchise seemed the perfect blend of all three. I think learning languages is so important and I can’t wait to help inspire kids to learn through interactive, fun and memorable lessons.

“Kidslingo works with private families, preschools, nurseries and primary schools all over the UK and is often drafted in to help deliver language lessons where teachers may not have the skills to do so.

“I often speak Spanish at home and seeing my one year old respond to it from such a young age really encouraged me to pursue this opportunity and teach others. If anyone is looking for language lessons that make the grade, please get in touch!”
