A STRETCH of road between Ardrossan and West Kilbride will be resurfaced next week causing delays.
Around one kilometre of the A78 at Chapelton, Seamill will be resurfaced by Scot TranServ from June 18-24.
In order to complete the works as quickly and safely as possible there will a convoy system in place from 7am to 7pm, weekdays and over the weekend during the works.
Drivers are however advised to add additional time onto their journeys.
The £284k investment programme follows on from the recent £1million trio of resurfacing projects that saw improvements to around 3km of the trunk road.
