Music in West Kilbride welcome award winning brass quintet Total Brass in a concert of music for brass ranging from Baroque to Gershwin tonight.
Current holders of Scotland’s prestigeous Tunnell Trust Award the band has performed countless recitals across the UK and have had many high profile performances, including opening the Gramophone Awards Ceremony in 2013, and performing at St John’s Smith Square at the Philip Jones Memorial Concert.
Additionally, they have featured for two consecutive years on the BBC Radio 3 In Tune Christmas Special as well as performing for Her Majesty the Queen at the Diamond Jubilee Celebration of the Arts Event.
The concert is in West Kilbride Village Hall at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced £10 on the door with children and students welcome at no cost.
