Garden City Blinds run extended premises at Rennie Business Units, Saltcoats and have a new showroom to offer unbelievable prices.

The company began 29 years ago in Kilbirnie, and later moved to Springvale Street, Saltcoats before opening a modern factory at 8 Rennie Business Units. After working for Garden City Blinds for more than 10 years, Moira Thomson took over the running of the company and continues to manufacture Venetian, vertical and roller blinds. Garden City Blinds now supply Roman Wood Effect, Venetian and Standard Venetian Intu Venetian, Roller and Pleated blinds for tilt and turn windows.

Most of the staff have been working for Moira since she took over, including sales representative and fitter Ian Beard.

Kenny Cameron, a manufacturing expert with almost 2 decades of experience, joined the company seven years ago.

John Hall is the newest member of the team who helps manufacture the blinds.

Garden City Blinds can offer factory prices and they supply new slats for vertical blinds which saves people having to buy a whole new blind. New slats start from only 50p and include whites and creams.
