SKIP Willie Dunlop was celebrating Scottish Senior Championship success for the first time earlier this month.
Willie and Ardrossan Indoor Bowling Club colleagues Bernie McFadden and Jim Walker were victorious in the triples competition, held in Paisley.
They defeated Dumbarton 15-13 in a closely contested final.
Bernie, who helped the Ardrossan club win the Scottish Cup and Scottish Ko Cup in 2010 and 2012 said: "I am delighted to win as I had lost in the senior triples semi-finals in 2010 and 2012 and it was a close game. We won it at the last end.
Meanwhile two other Ardrossan rinks also played in the Finals weekend.
Martin Kostigovs and Gordon Porteous reached the final of the senior pairs, only to lose 15-14 to Perth, while in the Fours, Neil Gillies
Harry Pratt Jim Murphy and Gordon Porteous lost 23-12 in the final to East Lothian.
