BOBBY's defeated Potters 9-3 to lift the Champions Trophy in the Pop Inn last Wednesday.

The match was nip and tuck with the Pink Ladies and Red Devils sharing the singles to level at half time three each. Moving into the second half in the annual joust between the League Champions and the Cup winners Bobby’s seemed to find another gear to grab all three doubles and capture the title. The jubilant Pinks are pictured with the trophy.

JACK's Corner won the Champions Trophy to add to the Knockout Trophy they captured earlier in the season.

They came from a long way behind to beat the Windy Ha B in the semi-final to face Premiership Champions Bobby’s Bar who had disposed of Jack’s B in the other half of the draw.

In the final it looked good for Bobby’s Bar, however it went right down to the wire and Jack’s held their nerve to capture their second major of the season.

They dedicated the win to their Captain Ian “Chunky” Chalmers who at the time was recovering in hospital.
