THE NAAC Seniors were especially busy last weekend in a number of events over the country.

Glasgow Half Marathon: Ian McIlwraith 1hr 25min 18sec; Mark Preston 1:31.44; Alisdair McCallum 1:34.26; Debbie Neal 1:53; Jamie Cooper 2:04
Glasgow 10k: Stephen Nisbet 39 min 43sec; David Wilson 41min 58sec
Glencoe Marathon: John Leitch 4:38.04; Fiona Comrie 4:59.41.
The weather wasn't great to say the least but that didn't stop the seniors going out and having some great runs.
Ian Rutherford also achieved a PB of 1.46.28 in the Eindhoven Half Marathon in The Netherlands.
Ian said after the race: "Feeling very happy and proud of my performance in one of the best atmospheres I've ever experienced in 14 years of road racing.”
