CRAIGMARK BURNTONIANS 1
DALRY THISTLE 1
LAST season's champions Thistle and the third-placed hosts were caught up in a Station Park stalemate.
Thistle went into this game with an air of confidence after winning their opening three league games and they were looking to chalk up another victory.
Ten minutes after the break, Dalry took the lead from a Lewis Kirkwood slide in at the back post after a cracking ball from Mark Archibald.
Blair Lochhead then made the save of the season to keep the Merksworth Park side 1-0 ahead.
However Craigmark levelled six minutes from time when an Ally Boyle corner-kick was headed home by Ryan McKay. Late on a second Dalry player was sent off, but the visitors held on to claim a point and maintain their unbeaten start to the league season.
Thistle on Saturday are on the road to face Glasgow outfit St Roch's on league business.
