ALAN "Magic" McMillan won the Kilwinning Premier League for a third time.

He defeated Chris "The Fire" 7-4 Lynn in the final, which took place in Taylors Hotel.

He overcame Kenny Cunningham 7-2 in the while Lynn produced a magnificent performance to beat the well-backed Brian Wallace in the other semi final.

It was a well-earned victory again for Alan, known as Alby who has dominated the league from start to finish with record averages, 180s and of course the 10-dart leg which he achieved earlier in the campaign.

The league of 16 now breaks into two with the Premier League and Championship leagues each being made up of eight players.

A big thanks to Graeme Kerr and Taylors hotel for their hospitality over the past 17 weeks.

The league will restart late July early August.
