THE new management team at ARDROSSAN WINTON ROVERS are going all out to improve the team's fortunes in the Stagecoach Super First Division.

A disappointing second half of the season saw them just escape relegation under previous boss John Garroch.

But they could face a major rebuilding job with as few as FOUR players rumoured to be staying on.

Jim Geddes, who kept Whitletts Victoria afloat in the middle tier for four seasons last week took over as Garroch's successor and has been joined by former Ipswich and Ayr United player Ricky Ryland, who was in the backroom team at the Ayr club and ex-Ayr United and Kilmarnock ace Sammy McGivern, who worked with him at Saltcoats Vics and Whitletts Vics in a partnership of equals.
